I guess Microsoft, and WordPerfect forgot to add a few items to their line of Office products. Makes you think to your self, I wonder why? Why did two of the biggest names in office software forget to add Anti Virus protection, Advanced Calculators, PDF Creator, and a Diagram Creator? Hmm makes me wonder about that myself. Why would you charge hundreds of dollars for software programs and leave your customers short handed? Hmm maybe. The big boys just want to charge you more money for additional software that should be there in the first place. I am puzzled over this, but who am I to question Billion Dollar Companies about customer service? They do have customer service? Don't they? Kind of makes me a little bit angry over paying good hard earned money for Microsoft Office, and still not have the quality that Open Office Suite has in their software program that only costs $47.00 U.S. Dollars. Open Office Suite is a fully licensed product backed up with a hand's on approach to customer service. The first line of text on Open Office Support goes like this.
"We're here to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, and that you're able to be up and running using your brand new software in a matter of minutes."

Obtaining Help from the Help Files Included with your Programs
Each program has a Help menu, where you can bring up on-screen help files. Click on the Help menu, and choose Help Topics. A help window will appear. Here you will find detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to accomplish various tasks.
How do I print out the help files?
Once you're viewing a help window (see above), you may print out the topics by clicking on the Print button at the top of the window.
If you would like to print out all of the help files within a given help 'book', click on the help book, and click Print. Choose to print all the subtopics, and the entire set of help files will be printed.
